Larry Lawyer is President of Triton. Prior to Triton, Mr. Lawyer worked with various operating energy companies, financial institutions and marketing and trading companies with a focus on asset development, financing, operations and acquisitions and divestitures in the energy sector. Notable experience includes:

• Business development and consulting related to gas asset optimization opportunities, working with counterparties and clients throughout the gas supply chain
  
  
• Domestic and international gas storage screening, financing, greenfield development, acquisitions and divestitures
  
  
• Performed full due diligence on more than 15 storage acquisitions and divestitures, two MLPs, five E&P companies, three pipeline companies, three marketing and trading companies and two power plant acquisitions over the past 10 years
  
  
• Created three successful startup companies in the past 10 years including an upstream A&D firm, an energy consulting and investment firm and a storage development and acquisition firm
  
  
• Provided valuation and strategic consulting services for energy companies for more than 20 years
  
  
• Participated on energy and health care advisory Boards and Boards of Directors
  
  
• Mr. Lawyer began his career with JPMorgan in 1990, focused on financing acquisitions by PE firms
  
  
• Mr. Lawyer received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Sciences from Southern Methodist University and his MBA from the European School of Business Administration (INSEAD)
  
  
• Mr. Lawyer has been married for 20 years and has two sons
