Objective:

• Acquire, develop and finance a greenfield depleted reservoir gas storage project on behalf of a Houston-based private equity company

Role of Firm Principals:

• CEO, hired to execute a screening study and participate in all storage acquisitions in North America

Transaction Challenges:

• Transaction required a combination of structuring, technical and financial expertise

Solution:

• Triton originated and negotiated a structured acquisition from the existing gas pipeline owner via an option agreement
